Good points; location price clean bed linen friendly staff
Bed was too short! (I'm average height only) incredible noise from pipes late at night - kept me awake - a sign in a bathroom suggested flushing again if noise continued - but why not get a plumber to fix the problem?!!
Very friendly staff. En suite small but very clean and good shower.
Room advertised as a twin room but it was very cramped, had bunk beds and extra bed crambed into a small bedroom.
Cant beat the location, Safe, clean and cheap as well. Very nice staff In my oppinion one of the best values for a hotel in London
The breakfast was a dissapointment. In previous years a full english was served, now i understand the health laws have changed and the manager is not able to hire a certified cook so beans, ham coldcuts and packaged american cheese are served instead.
The position, very near to Victoria Station. The toilet, clean. The breakfast, good ad with a very nice service.
Very little room. The bad isn't very comfortable. The room is not very clean.
the room was very small, and very noisy but unfortunately that is london
My brother and I ended up paying 120 quid for 2 nights. That for a room just big enough to fit two guys without having them to move around too much... Bathroom was two storeys away and Victoria Station wasn't really that close, like a 15 min walk or so, which is not as fun if you were planning to drag your suitcases all the way. I wouldn't be surprised if there are people who make fake reservations and intentionally give this hotel high scores.
Hotel staff is nice and helpfull, rooms clean, breakfast included, perfect location! :)
Rooms are ok, but if you have own bathroom inside, be prepaired for extremely small place, i was travelling with my mother so it was ok, but i can't imagine any really big guy taking a shower there! ;)
The staff were very friendly and made interesting shapes out of the towels.
Very poor breakfast. Cold toast that appeared to have been waved over the toaster, a tablespoon of warm baked beans, slices of sandwich ham, and a small glass of juice.
the room was good, but the mattress was no good,
good time good room excellent
It was very convenient to where I needed to take an exam the following day. It was clean, comfortable and not too noisy. Breakfast was basic, but included. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant
Small, but what can you expect in London!
friendly, brilliant location for seeing london, near to victoria coach, train & underground stations, clean, staff very friendly & helpful -nothing too much trouble for them. Receptionist the fastest talker i've ever met, very entertaining. chambermaid/waitress makes lovely animals out of your clean towels daily & is always smiling.Breakfast is basic but you can ask for as much as you like. You can leave your luggage there before check in & after departure. Really enjoyed our stay & would stay again.
Rooms are very small, no wardrobe or kettle to make drinks, but they did say(once you'd arrived, nothing on site) that you could ask for a kettle. Shared toilets & bathrooms are clean but small and not really enough of them.
I liked that Enrico was close to Victoria Station and all of the places we visited.
It was a very old building without air conditioning. The rooms were very small with tiny twin beds. However the place was clean.
The staff was very friendly. The hotel is ok to stay in the city for a few days.
The bathrooms were in another floor, which is unconfortable
Helpful and kind staff, hot water, good breakfast.
It's perfect for few days stay, when you just wanna to see a town, and not waiting any special luxury.
The breakfast is... Hm. Interesting.
